Compensation & Benefits Package

At Sanford & Company, professional compensation is based upon the experience of each professional.  Each year, the quality and experience of each professional is reviewed and compensation is adjusted accordingly.

Sanford & Company offers six compensated holidays, up to two weeks of sick leave, up to three weeks of vacation, and compensatory time.  The first 120 hours of professional overtime is accumulated each year in a time bank, in which the professional may use the hours for time off in addition to vacation during the current year.

In addition to the above, Sanford & Company provides a 401(k) retirement program, life insurance, group health insurance, and a tuition reimbursement program.
